Programme Assistant(2)

Providing assistance on programme operations on assigned countries by receiving and distributing communications; and serving clients within the documentation process.

-Resposible for document security, confidentiality and privacy, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
-Receive documents of member for encoding, compression and consolidation from Documentation Officer
-Be present for and provide guidance to candidates throughout the client journey
-Organize the documents of the Members Data Record Folder
-Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through constant communication and attending inquiries or concerns regarding their visa application in the group support assigned.
